Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un método para producir un tubo de acero para airbag, caracterizado por que se somete un tubo de acero con un espesor de pared de 4.0 mm. o inferior al tratamiento de templado en el que el tubo de acero es rápidamente enfriado después del calentamiento por inducción de alta frecuencia; dicho método comprende: someter al tubo de acero a calentamiento por inducción de alta frecuencia de manera tal que una temperatura de la superficie exterior T1 (ºC) del tubo de acero registrada al final del calentamiento por inducción de alta frecuencia esté dentro del rango definido por la fórmula (1); usando la temperatura de la superficie exterior del tubo de acero que ha sido medida de ese modo, calculando el tiempo x (segundo) transcurrido a partir del momento en el que la temperatura de la superficie exterior del tubo de acero alcanza la temperatura del punto de transformación Ac3 hasta el momento en el que la temperatura de la superficie exterior del tubo de acero es medida en el proceso de calentamiento por inducción de alta frecuencia; y en base al tiempo x (segundo) calculado, controlando un periodo de tiempo t (segundo) necesario para la medición de la temperatura de la superficie exterior del tubo de acero hasta el comienzo del enfriado rápido de modo que el tiempo t (segundo) esté dentro del rango definido por la fórmula (2): TAc3 + 40ºC £ T1 £ 1100ºC (1) 0 (sec) < t £ 10 (sec) - x (2) en la que TAc3 es la temperatura (ºC) del punto de transformación Ac3.
