Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un metodo para calentar una preforma o un componente de lamina de acero preformado para propositos de formacion en caliente y/o endurecimiento por temple; en al menos algunas regiones, el calentamiento se lleva a cabo a una temperatura por arriba de la AC3; el calentamiento de la preforma se incorpora como un calentamiento rapido y para este fin, la preforma se calienta en una primera zona a una velocidad de calentamiento promedio de > 25 K/s hasta aproximadamente 600C y, por arriba de esta temperatura, se calienta a una velocidad de calentamiento promedio de > 10 K/s hasta un maximo de la temperatura AC3 y despues se transfiere a una segunda zona en la cual la preforma que se ha precalentado en la primera zona se calienta en al menos algunas regiones a temperaturas mayores que la AC3, en particular > 850C, siendo la velocidad de calentamiento en la segunda zona > 10 K/s; la invencion se refiere tambien a un dispositivo para llevar a cabo el metodo.
