Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Uso de un compuesto (A) para aumentar el rendimiento de plantas útiles o de plantas de cultivo con respecto a los órganos de la planta cosechados, en el que las plantas crecen en su hábitat normal, y en el que el compuesto (A) es seleccionado de compuestos de la fórmula (1) o de sales de los mismos, en la que X es CH o N; R¹ es -CO-NR⁵R⁶, -NH-CO-R⁷ o -NH-CO-NR⁸R⁹; (R²)ₙ es un radical R² si n es 1 o representa n radicales R² unidos a diferentes átomos del anillo de carbono del anillo básico si n es más de 1, donde cada R² independientemente entre sí es halógeno, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄, nitro, alquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₄, [alcoxi C₁₋₄]-carbonilo o [alquil C₁₋₄]-carbonilo; R³ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₄, alquenilo C₂₋₄ o alquinilo C₂₋₄; (R⁴)ₘ es un radical R⁴ si m es 1 o representa m radicales R⁴ unidos a diferentes átomos del anillo de carbono del anillo básico si m y es más de 1, donde cada R⁴ independientemente entre sí es halógeno, nitro, alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, fenilo, alcoxi C₁₋₄, ciano, alquiltio C₁₋₄, alquilsulfinilo C₁₋₄, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₄, [alcoxi C₁₋₄]-carbonilo o [alquil C₁₋₄]-carbonilo; R⁵ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, cicloalquenilo C₅₋₆, fenilo o un heterociclilo de 3 a 6 miembros que tiene de 1 a 3 heteroátomos seleccionados del grupo que consiste en nitrógeno, oxígeno y azufre, donde cada uno de los 7 radicales mencionados en último lugar no está sustituido o está sustituido con 1, 2 ó 3 radicales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alcoxi C₁₋₆, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆, alquilsulfinilo C₁₋₂, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₂, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₄carbonilo, [alquil C₁₋₄]-carbonilo y fenilo y, en caso de radicales básicos cíclicos, también alquilo C₁₋₄ y haloalquilo C₁₋₄; R⁶ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆ o alquinilo C₂₋₆, estando cada uno de los 3 radicales mencionados en último lugar no sustituido o está sustituido con 1, 2 ó 3 radicales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, hidroxi, alquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄ y alquiltio C₁₋₄ o R⁵ y R⁶ junto el átomo de nitrógeno unido representan pirrolidin-1-il- o piperidin-1-ilo; R⁷ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, donde cada uno de los 2 radicales mencionados en último lugar no está sustituido o está sustituido con 1, 2 ó 3 radicales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆ y alquiltio C₁₋₄ y, en caso de radicales básicos cíclicos, también alquilo C₁₋₄ y haloalquilo C₁₋₄; R⁸ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₈, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆ o cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, donde cada uno de los 4 radicales mencionados en último lugar no está sustituido o está sustituido con 1, 2 ó 3 radicales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆ y alquiltio C₁₋₄ y, en caso de radicales básicos cíclicos, también alquilo C₁₋₄ y haloalquilo C₁₋₄; R⁹ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₈, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆ o cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, donde cada uno de los 4 radicales mencionados en último lugar no está sustituido o está sustituido con 1, 2 ó 3 radicales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆ y alquiltio C₁₋₄ y, en caso de radicales básicos cíclicos, también alquilo C₁₋₄ y haloalquilo C₁₋₄; n es 0, 1, 2, 3 ó 4, preferentemente 0, 1 ó 2; y m es 0, 1, 2, 3 ó 4, preferentemente 1 ó 2. Reivindicación 2: El uso como se reivindica en la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el compuesto (A) es seleccionado de compuestos de la fórmula (2) o de sales de los mismos, en la que (R²)ₙ, R³, (R⁴)ₘ, R⁵, R⁶, n y m se han definido como para la fórmula (1), y preferentemente en la que R³ es hidrógeno; (R⁴)ₘ es un radical R⁴ si m es 1 o representa m radicales R⁴ unidos a diferentes átomos del anillo de carbono del anillo básico si m y es más de 1, donde cada R⁴ independientemente entre sí es halógeno, metilo, etilo, n-propilo, i-propilo, CF₃, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄ o alcoxi C₁₋₄; R⁵ es alquilo C₁₋₆ o cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, donde cada uno de los 2 radicales mencionados en último lugar no está sustituido o está sustituido con 1, 2 ó 3 radicales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄, alquilsulfinilo C₁₋₂, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₂, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₄carbonilo y [alquil C₁₋₂]-carbonilo y, en caso de radicales básicos cíclicos, también alquilo C₁₋₄ y haloalquilo C₁₋₄; R⁶ es hidrógeno o alquilo C₁₋₄, preferentemente hidrógeno; m es 0, 1 ó 2, preferentemente 1 ó 2; y n es cero. Reivindicación 3: El uso como se reivindica en la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el compuesto (A) es seleccionado de compuestos de la fórmula (3) o de sales de los mismos, en la que (R²)ₙ, R³, (R⁴)ₘ, R⁷, n y m se han definido como para la fórmula (1), y preferentemente en la que R³ es hidrógeno; (R⁴)ₘ es un radical R⁴ si m es 1 o representa m radicales R⁴ unidos a diferentes átomos del anillo de carbono del anillo básico si m y es más de 1, donde cada R⁴ independientemente entre sí es halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₄, CF₃, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄ o alcoxi C₁₋₄; R⁷ es alquilo C₁₋₆ o cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, donde cada uno de los 2 radicales mencionados en último lugar no está sustituido o está sustituido con 1, 2 ó 3 radicales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆ y alquiltio C₁₋₄ y, en caso de radicales básicos cíclicos, también alquilo C₁₋₄ y haloalquilo C₁₋₄; m es 0, 1 ó 2, preferentemente 1 ó 2; y n es cero. Reivindicación 4: El uso como se reivindica en la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el compuesto (A) es seleccionado de compuestos de la fórmula (4) o de sales de los mismos, en la que (R²)ₙ, R³, (R⁴)ₘ, R⁸, R⁹, n y m se han definido como para la fórmula (1), y preferentemente en la que R³ es hidrógeno; (R⁴)ₘ es un radical R⁴ si m es 1 o representa m radicales R⁴ unidos a diferentes átomos del anillo de carbono del anillo básico si m y es más de 1, donde cada R⁴ independientemente entre sí es halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₄, CF₃, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄ o alcoxi C₁₋₄, preferentemente halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₄, CF₃ o alcoxi C₁₋₄; R⁸ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₈, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆ o C₃₋₈ cicloalquilo; R⁹ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₈, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆ o cicloalquilo C₃₋₈; m es 0, 1 ó 2, preferentemente 1 ó 2; y n es cero. Reivindicación 5: El uso como se reivindica en la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque el compuesto (A) es ciprosulfamida. Reivindicación 15: Un procedimiento para aumentar el rendimiento de plantas útiles o de plantas de cultivo con respecto a los órganos de la planta cosechados en el que las plantas crecen en su hábitat normal, y en el que un compuesto (A) como se definió en una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5 es aplicado en una cantidad efectiva, preferentemente no fitotóxica sobre las plantas de cultivo, las semillas de las que crecen o en el lugar en el que crecen en su hábitat normal. Reivindicación 16: El procedimiento de acuerdo con la reivindicación 15, y en el que el compuesto (A) es aplicado en combinación con uno o más compuestos seleccionados del grupo de fungicidas, insecticidas y reguladores del crecimiento de las plantas. Reivindicación 17: El procedimiento de acuerdo con la reivindicación 16, y en el que el compuesto (A) es aplicado en combinación con (i) fluoxaestrobina y protioconazol, (ii) piracloestrobina y
