Abstract
Donde el microorganismo es una bacteria del género Corynebacterium. Reivindicación 1: Un polinucleótido aislado que tiene actividad de promotor, caracterizado porque comprende un polinucleótido que tiene la secuencia de nucleótidos que se establece en la SEQ ID Nº 3 o SEQ ID Nº 34. Reivindicación 12: Un vector caracterizado porque comprende el polinucleótido de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11. Reivindicación 13: Un microorganismo caracterizado porque comprende el polinucleótido de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11. Reivindicación 20: Un proceso para preparar un producto químico fino, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: a) fermentar un microorganismo definido en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 13 a 19 en un medio de fermentación para formar un caldo de fermentación, y b) acumular el producto químico fino en el caldo de fermentación de a) y/o en las células del microorganismo.
