Abstract
Un sistema electrolizador simple que puede instalarse fácilmente en la mayoría de los vehículos motorizados, incluso en botes/lanchas, que genera una mezcla gaseosa que incluye hidrogeno como combustible motriz auxiliar para reducir las emanaciones de smog y para proporcionar mayor rendimiento y ahorro de combustible en proporcion a los kilometros recorridos. El sistema electrolizador se alimenta eléctricamente a partir de la batería del vehiculo y solo consume agua. En una realizacion preferida, un par de pilas de electrolisis similares, montadas en el compartimiento del motor de un vehículo, genera una mezcla gaseosa de hidrogeno y oxígeno que se distribuye, en forma independiente, a los correspondientes puertos de entrada en dos ubicaciones estratégicamente seleccionadas en el sistema de entrada de aire de los vehículos; una en el multiple de admision (de toma) y la otra en el ducto de entrada de aire principal que conduce al multiple de admision. Un acoplamiento seccionador (disyuntor) en la válvula de verificacion de cada manguera de distribucion de gas que hace las veces de característica de seguridad del interceptor de retroceso de llama, y facilita las tareas de mantenimiento.
