Abstract
Compuestos y composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen. Estos compuestos presentan actividad antiproliferativa y actividad inductora de la diferenciacion, que se traduce en una inhibicion de la proliferacion de células tumorales, la induccion de la apoptosis y la inhibicion de la invasion. Uso de estos compuestos para el tratamiento de enfermedades tales como el cáncer y para la fabricacion de los medicamentos correspondientes. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de la formula (1), en la que R1, R2, R3 y R4 se eligen con independencia entre hidrogeno; un alquilo C1-8, un cicloalquilo de 3 a 8 eslabones, mono- o bicíclico; un heterociclilo de 3 a 8 eslabones, mono- o bicíclico, en el que uno, dos o tres átomos de carbono se han reemplazado por un heteroátomo elegido entre oxígeno, nitrogeno y azufre; un arilo de 6 a 10 eslabones, mono- o bicíclico; y un heteroarilo de 5 a 10 eslabones, mono- o bicíclico, en el que 1, 2, 3 o 4 átomos de carbono pueden haberse reemplazado por nitrogeno, oxígeno o azufre; todos los grupos recién mencionados pueden estar sin sustituir o sustituidos una o varias veces; X es -N- u -O-; R5 es -H o -F; R6 es -H o -CH3 o, si X es -N-, y R4 junto con el átomo de nitrogeno al que están unidos pueden formar un anillo heterocíclico de 4 a 6 eslabones, en el que un átomo de carbono adicional puede reemplazarse por nitrogeno, oxígeno o azufre; y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables.
