Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion oral caracterizada porque comprende una combinacion de extractos que comprende un extracto de Zingiber officinale y un extracto natural distinto del extracto de Zingiber officinale; y un vehículo oralmente aceptable. Reivindicacion 2: Una composicion segun la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque comprende de 0,01% a 5% por peso de la combinacion de extractos. Reivindicacion 3: Una composicion segun la reivindicacion 2, caracterizada porque comprende de 0,1% a 2% por peso de la combinacion de extractos. Reivindicacion 4: Una composicion de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque el extracto natural distinto al extracto de Zingiber officinale es uno o más extractos naturales seleccionado del grupo que consiste de extractos de orégano, magnolia, arándano, romero, Camellia, morin, Myristica fragrans, Zizyphus joazeiro, Punica granatum, Garcinia mangostana L., Jabara, Azadirachta indica, Acacia, Té de Oolong, Juglans regia, Zanthoxylum alantum, Mimusops elengi, Hibiscus abelmoschus, Ayurvedic, Carapa procera, Khaya senegalensis, Salvadora persica, Cucurbitaceae (Citrullus colocynthis), Acacia catechu, Acacia nilotica, Achyrathes aspera, Azadirachta indica, Aristolochia bracteolate, Cinnamomum camphora, Cinnamomum verum, Curcuma longa, Eucalyptus globulus, Ficus bengalensis, Juglans regia, Madhuca Iongifolia, Mimusops elengi, Ocimum sanctum, Té de Oolong, hojas de Piper betel, Piper longum, Piper nigrum, Potentilla fulgens, Syzygium aromaticum, Spilanthes calva, Vaccinium macrocarpon, Zanthoxylum armatum, y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicacion 8: Una composicion de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque la composicion es un dentífrico en una forma seleccionado del grupo que consiste de: polvo, pasta de dientes o gel dental; un gel periodontal; un líquido adecuado para pintar una superficie dental; una goma de mascar; una película o tira disuelta, parcialmente disuelta o no disuelta; un grano, una oblea, un trapo o toallita, un implante, un enjuague bucal, una espuma, y seda o hilo dental. Reivindicacion 9: Un método para tratar una enfermedad o condicion de un tejido suave de la cavidad oral, caracterizado, porque comprende administrar a la cavidad oral de un paciente, en la necesidad de, una composicion segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8. Reivindicacion 10: El método segun la reivindicacion 9, caracterizado porque la enfermedad o condicion es la xerostomía.
