Abstract
Los presentes derivados son utiles para tratar un trastorno que responde a la activacion de los canales Kv7. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1) un estereoisomero o una mezcla de sus estereoisomeros, o una sal de adicion farmacéuticamente aceptable de dicho compuesto, o un N-oxido de dicho compuesto, en donde R1 y R2, junto con el nitrogeno al cual están unidos, forman un anillo heterocíclico seleccionado de pirrolidinilo, 2,5-dihidro-1H-pirrol-1-ilo, azetidinilo, tiazolidinilo, piperidinilo, piperazinilo y morfolinilo, donde dicho pirrolidinilo, azetidinilo, piperidinilo, piperazinilo y morfolinilo está opcionalmente sustituido una o varias veces con un sustituyente seleccionado del grupo que consiste en halo y trifluorometilo; R3 representa un anillo heterocíclico seleccionado de furanilo y pirrolilo, donde el furanilo y pirrolilo está opcionalmente sustituido una o varias veces con sustituyentes seleccionados de alquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, halo y trifluorometilo; R4 representa alquilo C1-6; y R5 y R6, junto con el nitrogeno al cual están unidos, forman un anillo heterocíclico seleccionado de morfolinilo y 1,4-oxazepanilo.
