Abstract

Un sistema, un método y un cargador para el procesamiento, es decir, muestreo y seguimiento, de material vegetal requieren la capacidad para identificar cada planta en una pluralidad de plantas. Inicialmente, las muestras se toman de plantas seleccionadas y se recogen en localizaciones de almacenamiento respectivas en un cargador. Durante el muestreo se almacena la identidad de la fuente vegetal para cada muestra vegetal. Además, se almacena la identidad de cada localizacion de almacenamiento que recibe una muestra vegetal. Posteriormente, las muestras se transfieren de las localizaciones de almacenamiento y se colocan en respectivos pocillos de un miembro de recepcion para un procesamiento adicional aguas abajo. De nuevo se almacena la identidad de cada pocillo que recibe una muestra vegetal. Como resultado, una muestra vegetal en un pocillo puede determinar el origen de su fuente vegetal.
