La presente se relaciona con el uso de manoproteína para la estabilizacion de zumo de frutas. La manoproteína puede ser utilizada de manera efectiva para estabilizar los zumos de frutas. Puede no tener efectos indeseables en el gusto, sabor, apariencia o textura del zumo de fruta, el uso de la manoproteína puede ser simple y no costos.
