Abstract
Un método para extraer sustancias de un material de tabaco, en donde el material de tabaco se transporta a través de un alojamiento al cual se suministra un agente de extraccion (14; 24) y del cual se drena nuevamente el agente de extraccion, en donde la extraccion se lleva a cabo por medio del contacto del material de tabaco con el agente de extraccion durante un proceso de extrusion del material de tabaco en una extrusora (10; 20) a una presion de extrusion mayor. También se relaciona con un dispositivo de extraccion del material de tabaco que comprende un alojamiento (13; 23) y un dispositivo transportador (5) en el alojamiento y comprende una entrada del agente de extraccion (3) y una salida del extracto (7), en donde el alojamiento forma parte de una extrusora (10; 20) de tornillo, en donde el extracto se separa de la extrusora (10; 20) por medio de la presion generada dentro del mismo y por medio del gradiente de presion hacia el medio ambiente.
