Abstract
La presente tambien está relacionada con métodos para su produccion, composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen dichos anticuerpos, y usos de los mismos. Reivindicacion 1. Un anticuerpo multiespecífico que comprende a) un anticuerpo de longitud completa que se une específicamente a un primer antígeno y que consta de dos cadenas pesadas de anticuerpo, dos cadenas ligeras de anticuerpo; y b) uno o más fragmentos Fab de cadena sencilla que se unen a uno o más antígenos adicionales, en el que dichos fragmentos Fab de cadena sencilla bajo b) están fusionados a dicho anticuerpo de longitud completa bajo a) mediante un péptido conector en el extremo C- o N- terminal de la cadena pesada o ligera de dicho anticuerpo de longitud completa.
