Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Compuestos de piperazina caracterizados porque tienen la formula 1 donde A es un heterociclo aromático de cinco miembros, que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de O, N y S, donde Ra está ligado en posicion orto con respecto al lugar de enlace de A con un átomo de C o un átomo de N de A; Ra es CN, NO2, alquilo C1-4, Z-cicloalquilo C3-6, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, tioalquilo C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, halogenotioalquilo C1-4, O-Z-cicloalquilo C3-6, S(O)nRy, alquenilo C2-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, alqueniloxi C3-6, tioalquenilo C3-6, alquinilo C2-6, alquiniloxi C3-6, tioalquinilo C3-6, NRARB, tri-alquilsililo C1-4, Z-C(=O)-Ra1, Z-C(=S)-Ra1, Z-C(=N-ORA)-Ra1, Z-C[=N(O)-RA]-Ra1, Z-P(=O)(Ra1)2, fenilo, naftilo, un heterociclo saturado, no saturado o aromático, monocíclico de 3 a 7 miembros o bicíclico de 9 a 10 miembros, que está ligado por medio de C o bien N, que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de O, N y S, que puede estar parcialmente o completamente sustituido por grupos Raa y/o Ra1 y/o estar anelados a otro anillo carbocíclico o heterocíclico saturado, no saturado o aromático; y siempre que Ra está ligado con un átomo de C, adicionalmente, halogeno; Ry es alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C3-4, alquinilo C3-4, NRARB, y haloalquilo C1-4 y n es 0, 1 o 2; RA, RB significan, independientemente entre sí hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C3-6 y alquinilo C3-6, cicloalquil C3-6, alquilcarbonilo C1-6, cicloalquilcarbonilo C3-6 , alquenilcarbonilo C3-6, cicloalquenilcarbonilo C3-6 y alquinilcarbonilo C3-6; RA, RB también pueden formar junto con el átomo de nitrogeno al que están ligados, un anillo saturado, parcial o completamente insaturado, de cinco o seis miembros, que además de átomos de carbono puede contener adicionalmente no, dos o tres heteroátomos seleccionados de O, N y S cuyo anillo puede estar sustituido por uno a tres grupos Raa; Z es un enlace covalente, alquileno C1-4, alquenilo C2-6 o alquinilo C2-6; Ra1 es hidrogeno, OH, alquilo C1-8, haloalquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-8, cicloalquenilo C5-6, alquinillo C2-8, alcoxi C1-6, haloalcoxi C1-4, alqueniloxi C3-8, alquiniloxi C3-8, NRARB, alcoxiamino C1-6, alquilsulfonilamino C1-6, alquilaminosulfonilamino C1-6, [di-alquilamino C1-6]sulfonilamino, alquenilamino C3-6, alquinilamino C3-6, N-(alquenil C2-6)-N-(alquil C1-6)-amino, N-(alquinil C2-6)-N-(alquil C1-6)-amino, N-(alcoxi C1-6)-N-(alquil C1-6)-amino, N-(alquenil C2-6)-N-(alcoxi C1-6)-amino, N-(alquinil C2-6)-N-(alcoxi C1-6)-amino, alquilsulfonilo C1-6, tri-alquilsililo C1-4, fenilo, fenoxi, fenilamino y un heterociclo monocíclico de cinco o seis miembros o bicíclico de nueve o diez miembros, que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de O, N y S, estando los grupos cíclicos no sustituidos o sustituidos por 1, 2, 3 o 4 grupos Raa; Raa es halogeno, OH, CN, NO2, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, S(O)nRy, Z-C(=O)-Ra1, Z-C(=S)-Ra1, Z-C(=N-ORA)-Ra1, Z-C[=N(O)-RA]-Ra1, oxo (=O) y tri-alquilsililo C1-4; Rb significan, independientemente entre si hidrogeno, CN, NO2, halogeno, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-4, alquinilo C3-6, alcoxi C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, bencilo y S(O)nRy; Rb también puede formar junto con grupo Ra o Rb unido al átomo anular vecino un anillo saturado, parcial o completamente insaturado, de cinco o seis miembros, que además de átomos de carbono puede contener adicionalmente uno, dos o tres heteroátomos seleccionados de O, N y S, cuyo anillo puede estar parcial o completamente sustituido por Raa; m es 0,1, 2 o 3; R1 es hidrogeno, OH, CN, alquilo C1-12, alquenilo C3-12, alquinilo C3-12, alcoxi C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C5-6, NRARB, S(O)nRy, S(O)nNRARB, C(=O)R11, CONRARB, fenilo o un heterociclo saturado, parcialmente insaturado o aromático, monocíclico de 5 o 6 miembros o bicíclico de 9 o 10 miembros, que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de O, N y S, cuyos grupos cíclicos están ligados por medio de Z1 y están no sustituidos o sustituidos por 1, 2, 3 o 4 grupos Raa, así como los siguientes grupos parcial o completamente sustituidos por Raa; alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C3-4 y alquinilo C3-4; R11 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4; Z1 carbonilo o un grupo Z; pudiendo las cadenas de carbono y/o los grupos cíclicos en los grupos R1, Ra y sus sub-sustituyentes llevar 1, 2, 3 o 4 sustituyentes Raa y/o Ra1, R2 es alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C3-4 y alquinilo C3-4; R3 es OH, NH2, alquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C3-6, alquinilo C3-6, hidroxialquilo C1-4, cianoalquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4 y C(=O)R11; R4 es hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-4 y haloalquilo C1-4 o R4 y R5 representan juntos un enlace covalente; R5, R6, R7, R8 significan, independientemente entre sí, hidrogeno, halogeno, OH, CN, NO2, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, alcoxi C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6 y cicloalquinilo C3-6; R9, R10 significan, independientemente entre sí, hidrogeno, halogeno, OH, haloalquilo, NRARB, NRAC(O)R91, CN, NO2, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-4, alquinilo C3-6, alcoxi C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, O-C(O)R91, fenoxi y benciloxi, pudiendo las cadenas de carbono y/o los grupos cíclicos en los grupos R9 y R10 llevar 1, 2, 3 o 4 sustituyentes Raa; R91 alquilo C1-4 o NRARB; siendo preciso, que A no signifique nitro-indonilo cuando R1 es CH3 y R3 es OH y CR4 y CR5 están unidos por medio de un enlace simple; y sus sales utiles en la agricultura.
