Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un método para aislar un alcaloide del Veratrum desglicosilado de material de la planta Veratrum, que comprende los pasos de: (i) proporcionar un material de planta Veratrum que comprende un alcaloide del Veratrum glicosilado; (ii) poner en contado el material de la planta Veratrum con una solución acuosa; y (iii) extraer el material de la planta Veratrum con un solvente para proporcionar un extracto que comprende el alcaloide del Veratrum desglicosilado. Reivindicación 29: Un método de desglicosilación que comprende poner en contacto un alcaloide del Veratrum glicosilado con una enzima en una solución tamponada para proporcionar un alcaloide del Veratrum desglicosilado.
