Abstract
La presente solicitud provee un método de indentacion de polímero y un testeador que incluye medir el tiempo tomado por un material polimérico en recuperar una porcion ajustada de una deformacion inicial y usa esta duracion como un indicador de degradacion del material. El tiempo de recuperacion fue encontrado ser más sensible a degradacion de cable que la rigidez compresiva específica (o modulo de indentador) medida durante la fase de indentacion, y su alta sensibilidad fue lograda por ambas muestras de polímero en envejecimiento térmico y por radiacion.
