Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Procedimiento para la preparacion de pirazol-4-ilcarboxilatos sustituidos con difluorometilo de la formula general (1), en donde R1 es alquilo C1-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, cicloalcoxi C3-8-alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-8 o bencilo eventualmente sustituido con 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de modo independiente entre sí, de alquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 o nitro Ry1; y R2 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-4, bencilo o fenilo, en donde los ultimos sustituyentes mencionados pueden no estar sustituidos o pueden estar eventualmente sustituidos con 1 2 o 3 sustituyentes Ry2 seleccionados, de modo independiente entre sí, de halogeno, CN, nitro, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, o haloalcoxi C1-4; caracterizado porque a) un compuesto de a formula general (2) en donde X es fluor, cloro o bromo, R1 tiene uno de los significados previamente indicados y R4 es alquilo C1-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, alquenilo C2-8, bencilo o fenilo, se hace reaccionar con un compuesto de silano de la formula general R3nSiCI(4-n), en donde n es 1, 2 o 3 y los sustituyentes R3 están seleccionados, de modo independiente entre sí, de alquilo C1-8 o fenilo, y se hace reaccionar con un metal que está seleccionado de entre los metales de los grupos 1, 2, 3, 4 y 12 del sistema periodico y que presenta un potencial redox inferior a -0,7 V, referido a un electro de hidrogeno normal (a 25°C y 101,325 kPa); y b) la mezcla de reaccion de la etapa a) se hace reaccionar con un compuesto de la formula general (3) R2HN-NH2, en donde R2 tiene uno de los significados previamente indicados.
