Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar pirazol-4-ilcarboxilatos sustituidos con difluorometilo de la fórmula II (ver fórmula (I)) en donde R1 es alquilo C1-C8, cicloalquilo C3-C8, alcoxi C1-C4-alquilo C1-C4, etc.; y R2 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-C4, bencilo o fenilo, en donde a) se hace reaccionar un compuesto de la fórmula general II (ver fórmula (II)) en donde X es flúor, cloro o bromo, R1 tiene uno de los significados previamente indicados y R4 es alquilo C1-C8, cicloalquilo C3-C8, alquenilo C2-C8, bencilo o fenilo, con un compuesto de silano de la fórmula general R3nSiCl(4-n), en donde n es 1, 2 ó 3 y los sustituyentes R3 están seleccionads, de modo independiente entre sí, de alquilo C1-C8 o fenilo, y con un metal, que está seleccionado entre los metales del grupo 1, 2, 3, 4 y 12 del sistema periódico y que presenta un potencial redox inferior a -0,7 V, referido a un electro de hidrógeno normal (a 25 ºC y 101,325 kPa); y b) la mezcla de reacción de la etapa a) se hace reaccionar con un compuesto de la formula general III R2HN-NH2 en donde R2 tiene uno de los significados previamente indicados.
