Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion solida termoestable que comprende micelas nano-dimensionadas de una sustancia química pobremente soluble, tal como una sustancia biologicamente activa disuelta en un material auxiliar, estando dichas micelas incrustadas en un portador soluble en agua. La invencion se relaciona adicionalmente a un proceso para preparar dicha composicion solida y a formas de dosificacion farmacéuticas preparadas a partir de esta composicion.
