Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion solida termoestable que comprende micelas nano-dimensionadas de una sustancia química pobremente soluble, tal como una sustancia biologicamente activa disuelta en un material auxiliar, estando dichas micelas incrustadas en un portador soluble en agua. La invencion se relaciona adicionalmente a un proceso para preparar dicha composicion solida y a formas de dosificacion farmacéuticas preparadas a partir de esta composicion.The present invention relates to a thermosetting solid composition comprising nano-sized micelles of a poorly soluble chemical substance, such as a biologically active substance dissolved in an auxiliary material, said micelles being embedded in a water soluble carrier. The invention further relates to a process for preparing said solid composition and to pharmaceutical dosage forms prepared from this composition.
