Abstract
Tripa artificial para la preparacion de productos cárnicos embutidos que comprende un azucar reductor, capaz de proporcionarle un color marron dorado agradable a dicho producto cárnico embutido una vez que se trata térmicamente. Asimismo, la invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para obtener dichas tripas artificiales, a los productos cárnicos obtenidos así como al procedimiento de obtencion de los mismos.
