Abstract
Productos alimenticios que comprenden flavanonas. En particular, productos alimenticios que comprenden hesperidina con mejor estabilidad. También, procesos para la fabricacion de productos alimenticios que comprenden dichas flavanonas, en especial, hesperidina, y el uso de los productos alimenticios en la fabricacion de composiciones para mejorar la salud de los huesos y de la piel. Reivindicacion 1: Proceso para la fabricacion de un producto alimenticio que comprende flavanonas, caracterizado porque comprende la etapa de ajustar el pH de una solucion acuosa de flavanona a un valor de 10 - 14, preferentemente, de 12 a 13 antes de mezclar la solucion con los componentes del producto alimenticio.
