Abstract

La presente solicitud provee moléculas de polinucleotidos reguladoras aisladas de genes de proteína rica en prolina, y unidas a una molécula potenciadora viral, seleccionadas de caulinovirus o badnavirus. También se divulgan composiciones, constructos de polinucleotidos, células huésped transformadas, plantas y semillas transgénicas que contienen las secuencias de polinucleotidos reguladoras y los métodos para preparar y utilizar los mismos. Reivindicacion 4: La primera molécula de polinucleotidos de la reivindicacion 1 que comprende una secuencia de ácido polinucleico seleccionada del grupo que está formado por: (a) una secuencia que exhibe por lo menos alrededor del 85 por ciento de identidad con la SEQ ID N°: 19, SEQ ID N°: 19, SEQ ID N°: 20, SEQ ID N: 21, SE ID N°: 22, SEQ ID N°: 23, SEQ ID N°: 24, SEQ ID N°: 25, SEQ ID N°: 26 o SEQ ID N°:27; (b) una secuencia que exhibe por lo menos alrededor del 90 por ciento de identidad con la SEQ ID N°: 19, SEQ ID N°: 19, SEQ ID N°: 20, SEQ ID N°: 21, SEQ ID N°: 22, SEQ ID N°: 23, SEQ ID N°: 24, SEQ ID N°: 25, SEQ ID N°: 26 o SEQ ID N°:27 (c) un fragmento de SEQ ID N°: 19, SEQ ID N°: 19, SEQ ID N°: 20, SEQ ID N°: 21, SEQ ID N°: 22, SEQ ID N°: 23, SEQ ID N°: 24, SEQ ID N°: 25, SEQ ID N°: 26 o SEQ ID N°:27, donde el fragmento comprende actividad promotora, y (d) una secuencia que comprende SEQ ID N°: 19, SEQ ID N°: 19, SEQ ID N°: 20, SEQ ID N°: 21, SEQ ID N°: 22, SEQ ID N°: 23, SEQ ID N°: 24, SEQ ID N°: 25, SEQ ID N°: 26 o SEQ ID N°:27.
