Abstract
También se describe una composicion farmacéutica para tratar o prevenir eyaculacion prematura que incluye el compuesto. Los derivados de 1,3-dihidro-5-isobenzofurancarbonitrilo tienen una vida media corta e inhiben el proceso de eyaculacion inhibiendo selectivamente la recaptacion de serotonina por medio de un transportador de recaptacion de serotonina presente en una neurona presináptica. Por consiguiente, los compuestos son utiles en el tratamiento y prevencion de la eyaculacion prematura. Reivindicacion 1: Un derivado representado por la formula 1 o su sal aceptable para uso farmacéutico, donde, R1 es un fenilo sustituido o no sustituido, o heterociclilo seleccionado entre piridinilo, isoxazolilo, tiazolilo, pirimidinilo, indanilo, benztiazolilo, pirazolilo, tiadiazolilo, oxazolilo, piperidinilo, morfolinilo, imidazolilo, pirrolidinilo, tienilo, triazolilo, pirrolilo y furilo; R2 es dialquilamino C1-6, o un heterociclilo sustituido o no sustituido seleccionado entre piridinilo, isoxazolilo, tiazolilo, pirimidinilo, indanilo, benztiazolilo, pirazolilo, tiadiazolilo, oxazolilo, piperidinilo, morfolinilo, imidazolilo, pirrolidinilo, tienilo, triazolilo, pirrolilo y furilo; y n es un numero entero de 1 a 3.
