Abstract
Una composicion de combinacion enzimática que comprende una glucoamilasa, una alfa amilasa estable al ácido y una proteasa fungica ácida. Asimismo, se provee un método para la elaboracion de productos finales tales como alcoholes, a partir de azucares fermentables, que comprende las etapas de: (a) el contacto de una suspension que comprende un grano molido que contiene almidon, con una alfa amilasa, a fin de producir un licuado; (b) el contacto del licuado con una glucoamilasa, una alfa amilasa estable al ácido y una proteasa fungica ácida, a fin de producir azucares fermentables; y (c) la fermentacion de los azucares fermentables en presencia de un organismo de fermentacion, a fin de elaborar productos finales.
