Abstract
Los métodos y sistemas utilizados para extraer lípidos adecuados en la producción de biocombustible a partir de un caldo de fermentación pueden incluir utilizar calor para tratar previamente el caldo de fermentación con el fin de extraer más fácilmente un producto de microorganismos oleaginosos en el caldo. Adicionalmente o alternativamente, se puede utilizar una combinación de enzimas que incluyen amilasa, 1-4 mannosidasa, y 1-3 mannosidasa, y 1-3 mannosidasa para descomponer las paredes celulares de los microorganismos oleaginosos. Se puede reciclar el agua del caldo residual y utilizar como agua de imbibición para lavar una materia prima de proceso para extraer azúcar.
