Abstract
La presente son utiles como moduladores de AMPA para enfermedades como Alzheimer. Reivindicacion 1: Compuestos de formula (1), en la cual: R1 representa un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupo alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado, o un grupo cicloalquilo C3-7; R2 representa un átomo de hidrogeno, un átomo de halogeno o un grupo hidroxi; A representa un grupo CR3R4 o un grupo NR3 en el cual: R3 representa un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado, y R4 representa un átomo de hidrogeno o un átomo de halogeno; o A representa un átomo de nitrogeno y, junto con el grupo adyacente -CHR1-, forma el eslabon de formula (2), en el cual m representa 1, 2 o 3; Y representa una cadena alquileno C2-6 sustituida, opcionalmente, por uno o más sustituyentes, idénticos o diferentes, seleccionados entre grupos alquilo C1-6 lineales o ramificados y átomos de halogeno; y en el cual uno de los grupos -CH2- puede ser reemplazado por un grupo de formula (3), en el cual p es 1, 2, 3 o 4; o Y representa un grupo de formula (3), tal como se ha definido anteriormente; X representa un grupo NR5R6, S(O)nR7, OR8, C(O)R9, amidino (opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más grupos, idénticos o diferentes seleccionados entre un alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado, hidroxi, alcoxi C1-6 lineal o ramificado; y -O-C(=O)-R10) o heterocíclico en el cual: R5 representa un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado, S(O)tR11, COR12 o un grupo P(O)OR13R14; R6 representa un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado; o R5 y R6, junto con el átomo de nitrogeno que los transporta, forman un grupo heterocíclico; R8 representa un grupo alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado o un grupo C(O)R15; R9 representa un grupo hidroxi, un grupo alcoxi C1-6 lineal o ramificado, o un grupo amino (opcionalmente sustituido por uno o dos grupos, idénticos o diferentes, alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado); R7, R10, R11, R12, R13, R14 y R15, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan, cada uno, un átomo de hidrogeno; un grupo alquilo C1-6, lineal o ramificado, opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más átomos de halogeno; un grupo arilalquilo C1-6 en el cual el grupo alquilo es lineal o ramificado; o un grupo arilo; n y t, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan, cada uno, 0, 1 o 2; sus enantiomeros y diastereoisomeros, como así también a las sales de adicion de éstos, con un ácido o con una base farmacéuticamente aceptable.
