Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar composiciones acuosas de principios activos difícilmente solubles en agua, especialmente de principios activos para la proteccion de plantas y materiales. También se proveen composiciones de principio activo que se pueden obtener de acuerdo con el procedimiento y a su uso para combatir organismos daninos en la proteccion de plantas y materiales. El procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas: a) preparacion de una suspension acuosa de partículas solidas de principios activos de al menos un principio activo con una hidrosolubilidad de no más de 5 g/l a 25 degree C/1013 mbar, que contiene para estabilizar las partículas de principio activo al menos una sustancia tensioactiva, en donde las partículas de principio activo en la suspension presentan un tamano de partícula medio, determinado por dispersion dinámica de la luz, de no más de 1200mm; b) polimerizacion de emulsiones de una primera composicion monomérica M1 en la suspension acuosa del principio activo, en donde la composicion monomérica M1 comprende al menos 95% en peso, referido a su peso total, de al menos un monomero monoetilénicamente insaturado neutro M1.1 con una hidrosolubilidad de no más de 30 g/l a 25 degree C/1013mbar, obteniendo una dispersion acuosa de partículas de polímero-principio activo, y c) polimerizacion de emulsiones de una segunda composicion monomérica M2 en una dispersion acuosa de las partículas de polímero-principio activo obtenida en la etapa b), en donde la composicion monomérica M2 comprende al menos el 60% en peso, referido a su peso total, de al menos un monomero monoetilénicamente insaturado neutro M2.1 con una hidrosolubilidad de no más de 30 g/l a 25 degree C/1013 mbar.
