Abstract
Elaboracion de productos de queso realzados con un sistema de saborizacion biogenerado, natural. El sistema de saborizacion natural descripto en la presente puede utilizarse con diversos tipos de queso y productos lácteos. En una realizacion, el sistema puede utilizarse en la elaboracion de queso crema o queso fresco con sabor realzado. En otra realizacion, el sistema puede utilizarse en la elaboracion de productos de queso con bajo contenido de grasa, tales como queso crema con bajo contenido de grasa.
