Abstract
Un tubo de acero terminado en caliente por el procedimiento de fabricación de tubos Mannesmann es sometido a simple proceso de rectificación por la superficie interior, y a continuación a un estiramiento en frío, de manera que son especificados la profundidad "d" de la porción cóncava en el perfil cóncavo-convexo que forma la superficie interior del tubo de acero, la rugosidad superficial Ra y el ancho "w" de la entrada en la porción cóncava, o de manera similar se especifican la profundidad "d" de la porción cóncava en el perfil cóncavo-convexo, la dureza Vickers Hv de la capa superficial interior y el ancho "w" de la entrada en la porción cóncava, pueden producirse partes huecas para un árbol de transmisión, las cuales tienen excelentes resistencia a la fatiga y que son óptimas para reducir el peso de la carrocería de un automóvil. En consecuencia, la aplicación del, procedimiento de fabricación según la presente invención permite producir de manera eficiente árboles de transmisión para automóviles a un costo de fabricación reducido, proveyendo una ventaja significativa para la industria.
