Abstract
Se proporciona un tubo de acero terminado en frío sin costuras para un eje de transmisión de tipo formado integralmente que se obtiene estirando en frío un tubo de origen laminado en caliente mediante el método Mannesmann para la elaboración de tubos, la producción del tubo de acero implica someter barras de acero con una composición química específica a la laminación por perforación mediante el método Mannesmann para la elaboración de tubos, la laminación por alargamiento, el ajuste del perfil de canal en la laminación para clasificación de tamaños y el ajuste posterior de su porcentaje de reducción de espesor en el estirado en frío con el fin de asegurar una profundidad máxima de las arrugas en la superficie interior del tubo de acero sin costuras que son de 0.1 mm o menos que permite el proceso requerido subsiguiente de tal forma que una profundidad máxima de arruga de la superficie interior sea de 0.20 mm o menos en un porcentaje de reducción del diámetro interior de 30% o más en la parte reducida en diámetro. Como resultado de ello, el tubo de acero sin costuras puede asegurar excelentes características de fatiga de torsión como un eje de transmisión de tipo formado integralmente para automóviles teniendo partes reducidas en diámetro dispuestas en las partes de extremo opuesto y puede usarse como un miembro ahuecado óptimo para lograr ligereza y quietud. Su uso permite la fabricación eficiente de ejes de transmisión para automóviles.
