Abstract
Se proporciona un método para fabricar un tubo de acero soldado por resistencia eléctrica para estabilizadores huecos delgados de alta resistencia. Un acero con una composición química que incluye, en % en masa, C: 0.20 a 0.40%, Si: 0.1 a 1.0%, Mn: 0.1 a 2.0%, Al: 0.01 a 0.10%, Cr: 0.01 a 1.0%, Ti: 0.01 a 0.05%, B: 0.0005 a 0.0050%, Ca: 0.0001 a 0.0050%, y N: no más que 0.010% se calienta a una temperatura de 1000 a 1300°C, la lámina en caliente bajo condiciones donde la temperatura de acabado de laminación es 750 a 950°C, se enfría, se bobina en una bobina de 500 a 650°C, y se lamina con caja de laminación con una relación de reducción de laminación de no menos que 0.3%. La lámina laminada en caliente resultante se soldado por resistencia eléctrica en un tubo de acero soldado por resistencia eléctrica, que entonces se vuelve a calentar a una temperatura de 800 a 1100°C y se lamina con reducción de estiramiento en caliente bajo condiciones donde la temperatura de acabado de laminación no es más que 850°C y la reducción de diámetro acumulativa no es más que 75%. En consecuencia, se produce un tubo de acero soldado por resistencia eléctrica delgado que tiene una profundidad de una capa descarburada en la dirección de espesor de la pared en la superficie interior del tubo de no más que 120 µm de la superficie, tiene una rugosidad superficial Ra de la superficie interior del tubo de 0.01 a 5.0 µm, y tiene una YR de no menos que 65%. Este tubo de producto delgado, después de tratamiento de temple rápido y revenido, tiene una dureza expresada en dureza Vickers dureza de no menos que 450 HV y muestra excelente resistencia a la fatiga.
