Abstract

Una composición aceleradora para utilizarse con composiciones cementosas aplicables por proyección, cuya composición consiste en una solución o dispersión acuosa de una mezcla de los Componentes 1-3 esenciales: Componente 1- sulfato de aluminio; Componente 2- al menos una alcanolamina y una alquilen-diamina o -triamina; Componente 3 -ácido fluorhídrico opcionalmente sustituido con al menos uno de los Componente 4-7, con la condición de que esté presente al menos uno de los componentes 4 ó 5: Componente 4 -al menos uno de hidróxido sódico, hidróxido potásico, hidróxido de litio, hidróxido de magnesio, carbonato de litio, carbonato sódico, carbonato potásico, carbonato de magnesio, sulfato sódico, sulfato potásico, sulfato de magnesio y sulfato de litio; Componente 5 -ácidos mono- y dicarboxílicos alifáticos C1-10 y sus sales metálicas; Componente 6 -hidróxido de aluminio; Componente 7 -al menos uno de ácido fosfórico y ácido fosforoso; Los aceleradores tienen una excelente estabilidad a largo plazo y funcionan bien con los cementos "difíciles" tales como algunos cementos japoneses referenciados como OPCs. El método consiste en mezclar una cantidad de composición cementosa fluida y conducirla a una boquilla de proyección que está inyectando el acelerador.
