Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の液体急結剤は、アルミニウムをAl2O3換算で1重量部に対し、マグネシウムをMgO換算で0.05〜1重量部、硫酸根をSO3換算で0.9〜2.7重量部の割合で含有する混合物に、F換算で0.05〜1重量部のフッ化水素酸を90℃以下の温度で反応させて得られる硫酸フッ化物含有マグネシウムアルミニウム塩を含有する液体急結剤である。

Description
本発明は、アルミニウムをAl2O3換算で1重量部に対し、マグネシウムをMgO換算で0.05〜1重量部、硫酸根をSO3換算で0.9〜2.7重量部の割合で含有する混合物に、F換算で0.05〜1重量部のフッ化水素酸を90℃以下、好ましくは80℃以下の温度で反応させて得られる硫酸フッ化物含有マグネシウムアルミニウム塩を含有する液体急結剤である。
本発明の液体急結剤の適した使用は、慣用の乾式又は湿式吹付け工法に適用するモルタル又はコンクリートなどのセメント組成物に、本発明の液体急結剤を添加するものである。使用に際して、本発明の液体急結剤は、用途等によって異なるが、一般的にセメント組成物中のセメント質量に対して5〜12質量%で添加することができる。
本発明は、前記液体急結剤を輸送管、散水ノズルまたは吹付けノズル内で、モルタル又はコンクリートなどのセメント組成物に急結剤供給装置を用いて直接混合物に添加するか、または配合水に添加するようにした乾式又は湿式吹付け工法である。
溶液安定性試験結果を、表2に示す。液体急結剤を5,20,30,40℃の環境温度下で3ヶ月間貯蔵した。実施例は、長期間、低温から高温下において、良好な溶液安定性を示し効果が認められた。
表5に示すコンクリート配合を使用し、吹付けコンクリートの付着厚付け性試験を行った。トンネルの天端に対し、コンクリート吹付けを剥落するまで行い、吹き付けられたコンクリートの平均厚さを測定した。また、コンクリート吹付けノズル内の状態を目視にて確認した。急結剤の使用量は、セメント質量に対して9重量%とした。
Claims (11)
- アルミニウムをAl2O3換算で1重量部に対し、マグネシウムをMgO換算で0.05〜1重量部、硫酸根をSO3換算で0.9〜2.7重量部の割合で含有する混合物に、F換算で0.05〜1重量部のフッ化水素酸を90℃以下の温度で反応させて得られる硫酸フッ化物含有マグネシウムアルミニウム塩を含有する液体急結剤。
- アルミニウムの供給源が、硫酸アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム、フッ化アルミニウム、硝酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸アルミニウム、アルミン酸ナトリウムからなる群から選択される1種または2種以上のアルミニウム化合物である、請求項1に記載の液体急結剤。
- マグネシウムの供給源が、水酸化マグネシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム、ケイ酸マグネシウム、硝酸マグネシウム、フッ化マグネシウム、リン酸マグネシウム、リン酸水素マグネシウム、ギ酸マグネシウム、シュウ酸マグネシウムからなる群から選択される1種または2種以上のマグネシウム化合物である、請求項1または2に記載の液体急結剤。
- 硫酸根の供給源が、硫酸、硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸カリウム、硫酸リチウム、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸第一鉄、硫酸第二鉄からなる群から選択される1種または2種以上の硫酸化合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の液体急結剤。
- C1〜C10の有機モノ、ジカルボン酸ならびにそれらの金属塩からなる群から選択される1種または2種以上を配合してなる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の液体急結剤。
- アルカノールアミン、アルキレンジアミン、トリアミンからなる群から選択される1種または2種以上を配合してなる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の液体急結剤。
- 溶液の固形分濃度が30〜52%であり、かつ、粘度が200mPa・s(20℃)以下である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の液体急結剤。
- 全アルカリが1%未満である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の液体急結剤。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の液体急結剤の乾式又は湿式吹付け工法に適用する吹付けモルタル又はコンクリートへの使用。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の液体急結剤を輸送管、散水ノズルまたは吹付けノズル内で、モルタル又はコンクリートなどのセメント組成物に急結剤供給装置を用いて直接混合物に添加するか、または配合水に添加するようにした、乾式又は湿式吹付け工法。
- ポリカルボン酸系の高性能AE減水剤又は高性能減水剤及び/又は凝結遅延剤を添加した、吹付け工法に適用するベースモルタル又はコンクリートに、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の液体急結剤を添加することを特徴とする、乾式又は湿式吹付け工法。
