Abstract
Se divulga un compuesto de fórmula (1) que comprende: en donde R1 y R2 se seleccionan entre el grupo integrado por H, alquilo, fenilo, fenilo sustituido, bencilo, bencilo sustituido, heteroarilo, heteroarilo sustituido, heteroarilmetileno, y heteroarilmetileno sustituido; o R1 y R2, junto con los carbonos a los cuales están unidos, forman un anillo carbocíclico o heterocíclico sustituido o no sustituido de 5 a 7 miembros; R3 es alquilo de 1 a 4 carbonos; R4 y R5 son independientemente alquilo, heteroalquilo, cicloalquilo, arilo, arilalquilo, heteroarilo o heteroarilalquilo; R4 y R5 conjuntamente forman un anillo carbocíclico sustituido o no sustituido de 4 a 7 miembros; R6 y R7 son independientemente H o alquilo de 1 a 3 carbonos; composiciones que contienen derivados del tiofeno para el control de enfermedades parasitarios y el uso de dichos compuestos para preparar un medicamento destinado a tratar o prevenir las enfermedades parasitarias de los mamíferos.
