Abstract

Un método y un aparato para formar una envoltura comestible en base a grasa sobre una envase sostenedor que tiene una forma deseada que define un volumen en él. Una o más paredes de espesor consistente están directamente en el envoltorio sostenedor a partir de una cantidad de una composicion comestible formadora de la envoltura. La composicion incluye una o más grasa, y tiene una viscosidad plástica de alrededor 10 a 40 Poise y un valor de rendimiento de alrededor 50 a 250 dinas/cm2 antes de la formacion de la envoltura en el sostenedor.
