Abstract
Derivados de 1,2,3,4-tetrahidronaftaleno sustituido que tienen la fórmula (1), donde: X es CH; Y es NR2, NR2CH2, CH2-NR2, NR2-CO, CO-NR2, COOH o NR2SO2, donde R2 es H o alquilo C1-6; R1 es H, alquilo C1-6 o cicloalquilo C3-6; R3 es alquilo C1- 6,cicloalquilo C3-6 o (CH2)n-anillo aromático; donde el anillo aromático es fenilo o un anillo heteroaromático que contiene uno o dos heteroátomos seleccionados entre N, O y S, y que puede estar mono- o di-sustituido con R4 y/o R5; donde R4 es H, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, halógeno, CN, CF3, OH, alcoxi C1-6, NR6R7, OCF3, SO3CH3, SO3CF3, SO2NR6R7, fenilalquilo C1-6, fenoxi, alquilfenilo C1-6, un anillo heterocíclico opcionalmente sustituido que contiene uno o dos heteroátomos seleccionados entre N, O, S, SO y SO2, en el cual el(los) sustituyente(s) se selecciona(n) entre alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6 y fenilalquilo C1-6, un anillo heteroaromático opcionalmente sustituido que contiene uno o dos heteroátomos seleccionados entre N, O y S, en el cual el(los) sustituyente(s) se selecciona(n) entre alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6 y fenilalquilo C1-6, o COR8; en el cual R6 es H, alquilo C1-6 o cicloalquilo C3-6; R7es H, alquilo C1-6 o cicloalquilo C3-6; y R8 es alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, CF3 NR6R7, fenilo, un anillo heteroaromático que contiene uno dos heteroátomos seleccionados entre N, O y S, o un anillo heterocíclico que contiene uno o dos heteroátomos seleccionados entre N, O, S, SO y SO2; en el cual R5 es H, OH, CF3, OCF3, halógeno, alquilo C1-6 o alcoxi C1-6; n es 0 a 4; R9 es alquilo C1-6; cicloalquilo C3-6; OCF3, OCHF2, OCH2F, halógeno, CN, CF3, OH, alcoxi C1-6, alcoxi C1-6-alquilo C1-6; NR6R7, SO3CH3, SO3CF3, SO2NR6R7, un anillo heterocíclico o heteroaromático no sustituido o sustituido que contiene uno o dos heteroátomos seleccionados entre N, O y S, en el cual el(los) sustituyente(s) es(son): alquilo C1-6; o COR8; en el cual R6, R7 y R8 son como se definen anteriormente, donde el compuesto es un enantiómero (R), un enantiómero (S), o un racemato en la forma de una base libre o de una sal o solvato farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo formulación farmacéutica que los comprende, usos en la manufactura de medicamentos, y proceso para su preparación.
