Abstract
Dispositivo para la navegacion intraoperativa para la colocacion de un implante médico, en especial de una protesis, con la asistencia de un aparato médico movil formador de imágenes, que comprende: a) un dispositivo detector de posiciones, (15), para el relevamiento espacial de la posicion de los elementos de referencia (1) con respecto a un sistema de coordenadas (13) espacialmente fijo; b) un aparato médico movil formador de imágenes, (3), con una fuente de radiacion (10) y una unidad receptora (11); c) una computadora (10) que está conectada a un dispositivo detector de posiciones (15) y abarca una pantalla (7); d) la fuente de radiacion (10) y la unidad receptora (11), están vinculadas firmemente entre si, a una unidad que toma imágenes (18) movible en el espacio, y d) en cada uno de los siguientes: la unidad que toma imágenes (18), el hueso (2) a ser tratado, y el instrumento quirurgico (14), se halla fijado un elemento de referencia (1).
