Abstract
Uso de compuestos de 4-amino-1-fenilbutano-2-ol sustituidos de la formula general 1, en la cual A representa un radical arilo o heteroarilo, R1 y R2 pueden ser iguales o distintos entre sí y representan un radical C1-6-alquilo, preferiblemente C1-3-alquilo, o R1 y R2 en conjunto forman un ciclo (CH2)2-6 que también puede estar sustituido con fenilo, R3 y R4 pueden ser iguales o distintos entre sí y representan un radical C1-6-alquilo, preferiblemente C1-3-alquilo, un radical arilo o un radical arilo ligado a través de un radical C1-3-alquileno o los radicales R3 y R4 en conjunto forman un grupo (CH2)3-6 o CH2CH2OCH2CH2, R5, R6, R7 pueden ser iguales o distintos entre sí y representan H, F, Cl, Br, I, CF3, OR8, SO2CH3, SO2CF3, fenilo, CN, NO2 o un radical alquilo C1-6, R8 representa H, un radical C1-6-alquilo, preferiblemente C1-3-alquilo, o un radical arilo o heteroarilo ligado a través de un radical C1-3-alquileno, en forma de sus racematos, enantiomeros, diastereomeros o bases o sales correspondientes con ácidos fisiologicamente tolerables como reguladores para el sistema nociceptina/orfanina FQ ligando de receptor ORL1 y para la preparacion de medicamentos.
