Abstract
Se revela una mejora en la reaccion de transesterificacion en estado fundido del carbonato de diarilo con compuesto dihidroxi arilo. La mejora implica los siguientes pasos:(i) introducir la corriente de vapor resultante a media altura de una primera columna de destilacion; (ii) separar la corriente de vapor en un producto de arriba que contiene compuesto monohidroxi ariloxi de alta pureza y un primer producto del fondo; (iii) reciclar (reintroducir) el compuesto monohidroxi arilo de alta pureza del paso (ii), en la reaccion; (iv) introducir el primer producto del fondo a media altura de una segunda columna de destilacion; (v) separar dicho primer producto del fondo en subproducto del fondo de alto punto de ebullicion y constituyentes remanentes de arriba; (vi) introducir los constituyentes remanentes de arriba a media altura de una tercera columna de destilacion; (vii) separar dichos constituyentes remanentes de arriba en fracciones de arriba de bajo punto de ebullicion y en un producto de fondo o corriente lateral de producto que contiene el producto carbonato de diarilo y (vii) reciclar el producto carbonato de diarilo directamente en la reaccion de transesterificacion.
