Abstract

Esta invencion proporciona una composicion farmacéutica en forma de partículas, adecuada para la administracion por vía oral, que incluye un nucleo que contiene eletriptán o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, estando revestido el nucleo con un revestimiento insoluble en agua, y permeable, que incluye uno o más copolímeros acrílicos que contienen grupos de metacrilato de trimetilamonioetilo, y siendo dicha composicion capas de conseguir un curso sigmoideo de liberacion controlada del fármaco. Esta composicion farmacéutica es particularmente util en la prevencion de la recurrencia de la migrana.
