Abstract

Secuencia de ADNc de RacB de cebada, así como a cassettes de expresión y vectores que comprenden estas secuencias de promotores. Plantas transgénicas transformadas con estos cassettes de expresión o vectores, cultivos derivados de ellos, partes o material de reproducción transgénico, así como el uso de los mismos para preparar productos alimenticios, forrajes, semillas para siembra, productos farmacéuticos o productos químicos puros. Procedimientos para generar o aumentar la resistencia de un agente patógeno en las plantas por reducción de la expresión de una proteína RacB o de un equivalente funcional de la misma.
