Abstract
Compuesto de octahidrofenantreno sustituido de la fórmula general (1), donde: R0, R1 y R2 son iguales o diferentes y representan hidrógeno, un radical alifático C1-12 saturado o insaturado, lineal o ramificado, un radical cicloalifático C3-7 saturado o insaturado, un radical arilo o heteroarilo opcionalmente unido por un radical alquileno C1-3, un halógeno o son un grupo de la fórmula -CN, -OR5, -SR5, -CHF2, -CF3, -NHR5, -N(R5)2, -NO2, -SO2R5, ó R2 es un radical -oxo; R3 y R4 son iguales o diferentes y representan hidrógeno, un radical alifático C1-12 saturado o insaturado, lineal o ramificado, un radical cicloalifático C3-7 saturado o insaturado, un radical arilo o heteroarilo opcionalmente unido por un radical alquileno C1-3, o R3 y R4 forman juntos un anillo (CH2)2-7; y R5 es un radical alifático C1-12 saturado o insaturado, lineal o ramificado, un radical cicloalifático C3-7, un radical arilo o heteroarilo, en forma de sus racematos, diastereómeros o enantiómeros o en forma de correspondiente bases o de una correspondiente sal fisiológicamente aceptable. También se describe el método para preparar estos compuestos, el medicamento que los comprende y el uso de los mismos en la preparación de medicamentos útiles para combatir el dolor, preferentemente de dolores crónicos o neuropáticos y para el tratamiento o la prevención de enfermedades neurodegenerativas, especialmente para la enfermedad de Alzheimer, enfermedad de Parkinson o enfermedad de Huntigton, la migrana, apoplejía, isquemia cerebral, infarto cerebral, edema cerebral, esquizofrenia, psicosis causadas por un aumento del nivel aminoácido, demencia por SIDA, síndrome de Tourette, reacciones inflamatorias y/o alérgicas, afecciones causadas por falta de irrigación del sistema nervioso central, sobre todo, hipoxia y anoxia, asfixia perinatal, depresiones, enfermedades psíquicas, epilepsia, incontinencia urinaria, comezón, Tinnitis aurium, diarrea, para combatir la ansiedad y como anestésico.
