Abstract

Se revelan dispositivos y métodos para recolectar células. En particular la presente se refiere a dispositivos y métodos para permitir la formación de una dispersión de células a partir de tejido para uso médico o de investigación. La presente proporciona un método rápido para la aislación de células, reduciéndose de este modo el tiempo y los costos asociados con la producción de células autólogas cuando se requiere, por ejemplo, para ingeniería de tejidos en el teatro de operación o en investigación. Alternativamente, la presente puede ser utilizada para separar una dispersión de células que contiene células de tamanos o tipos variantes de una dispersión de tejido pre-digestionada. También se revela un conjunto que proporciona los componentes básicos del dispositivo e instrucciones sobre como efectuar la utilización del dispositivo.
