Abstract
El uso de un inhibidor de aromatasa (AI) para preparar un medicamento que se utiliza para inducir la ovulación en un sujeto de sexo femenino que sufre de infertilidad anovulatoria que comprende administrar a dicho sujeto una dosis única del por lo menos un inhibidor de aromatasa. El uso de un inhibidor de aromatasa (AI) para la preparación de un medicamento que comprende una dosis única de por lo menos un inhibidor de aromatasa (AI) para administrar a un sujeto de sexo femenino ovulante que sufre de infertilidad no explicada u otro tipo de infertilidad ovulatoria al principio de uno o más ciclos menstruales. Un medicamento con esas características que también se puede se puede administrar a una mujer anovulatoria en combinación con varias dosis diarias de hormona estimulante del folículo (FSH) mediante el cual se pueden reducir los niveles de dosificación de FSH. También el uso de AI para preparar un medicamento para administrar a un sujeto de sexo femenino que tiene un bajo nivel de respuesta a la FSH, que comprende una combinación de una dosis única de Al con varias dosis diarias de FSH. También se incluyen las preparaciones y conjuntos farmacéuticos relacionados.
