Abstract

"INIBIDOR DE AROMATASE EM DOSE úNICA PARA TRATAMENTO DE INFERTILIDADE". Uso de um inibidor de aromatase (Ais) na preparação de um medicamento para ser usado para induzir a ovulação em fêmeas sofrendo de infertilidade anovulatória que compreende administrar às referidas fêmeas uma dose única de pelo menos um inibidor de aromatase. Uso de um inibidor de aromatase (AI) na preparação de um medicamento compreendendo uma dose única de pelo menos um inibidor de aromatase (AI) para ser administrado a uma fêmea ovulatória sofrendo de infertilidade inexplicada ou outros tipos de infertilidade ovulatória no início de um ou mais ciclos menstruais. Tal medicamento também pode ser administrado a uma fêmea anovulatória em combinação com uma pluralidade de doses diárias de hormónio foliculoestimulante (FSH), pelo que os níveis de dosagem do FSH podem ser reduzidos. Também está descrito o uso de um Al na preparação de um medicamento para ser administrado a uma fêmea que seja pouco sensível a FSH, que compreende uma combinação de uma dose única de Al com uma pluralidade de doses diárias de FSH.
