Un método para la transformacion que comprende las operaciones de inoculacion y cultivacion conjunta de un tejido diana, procedente de una planta diana,con Agrobacterium, en un momento en el que el tejido diana está en su entorno vegetal naturalsegu ido por generacion de una planta transgénica por medio dedesdiferenciacion y regeneracion del tejido diana.
