Abstract
Las disposiciones (21, 501, 801) para la accion abrasiva comprenden maquinaria para crear vacío y presion positiva con el objeto de permitir el control deflujo mientras se provee un vacío adecuado para recuperar y capturar el material abrasivo usadoy el material sometido a abrasion. Una segundarealizacion (801) está destinada a utilizarse con tejido humano y comprende una disposicion de vacío solamente, con airefiltrado. Una tercera realizacion (501) comprende vacío con potenciacion automática para su uso por parte de personal médico experto, y utiliza un nivelmínimo de vacío para disparar una operacion de potenciacion preestablecida. La disposicion utiliza filtracion de aire, radiacion ultravioleta, esterilizacionen estufa de calefaccion y almacenamiento seguro de los desechos. Se utiliza una herramienta de contacto manual (75) en las cercanías del área a ser sometida aabrasion, que hace innecesario todo tipo de control que no sea hacer presion con la herramienta de contacto manual (75) contra la superficie a ser sometida aabrasion, de manera de crear un vacío suficiente como para disparar la operacion de potenciacion. Se provee una herramienta de contacto manual para abrasionpor haz dirigido de partículas que cuenta con una punta profiláctica que crea un espacio concéntrico dentro del cual se produce el impacto cinético en formadirecta y focalizada, se recogen radialmente las partículas abrasivas usadas y se retira el material sometido a abrasion. Un acelerador de flujo colocadodentro de un inserto anular de la herramienta de contacto manual (75) y la punta profiláctica (101) se pueden variar para adaptarse a muchas aplicacionesdiferentes.
