Abstract
Procedimiento de preparacion de fármacos antiulcerosos constituidos por derivados de benzimidazol de la formula general (1), en la cual R1, R2 y R3 están elegidos independientemente entre sí entre hidrogeno, C1-8-alquilo, C3-8-cicloalquilo, C2-8-fluoroalquilo y C1-8-alcoxi; R4 y R5 están elegidos independientemente entre sí entre hidrogeno, C1-8-alquilo, C3-8-cicloalquilo, CH2-(C3-8)-cicloalquilo, C1-8-alcoxicarbonilo, C1-8-alcoxi, C1-8-fluoroalcoxi, CF3, C2-8-fluoroalquilo y -C(O)OC1-8-alquilo y R6 representa hidrogeno o C1-2-alquilo, en el cual un compuesto de la formula (2), cuyos sustituyentes tienen el mismo significado que en la formula (1) se hace reaccionar con ácido m-cloroperoxibenzoico en un solvente constituido por acetona o mezcla de agua y acetona.
