Abstract
Un par de sensores que detectan energía radiante (20,. 22) opuestos está posicionado para avistar recipientes de vidrio formados (C) que están siendo conducidos sobre un par de transportadores (12, 14) uno al lado del otro, para determinar si alguno de los recipientes está mal orientado con relacion a su orientacion deseada. Cada sensor tiene un conjunto de fibra y lente (24) nítidamente enfocado que se enfoca para captar energía radiante en un cono de vision no mayor que 1s. Un tabique (32) está posicionado entre los transportadores y en alineacion con los sensores opuestos, para aislar los sensores de la energía radiante emitida por recipientes que están sobre el transportador alejado.
