Abstract
Una composicion ácidos nucleicos peptídicos que absorbe luz a longitudes de onda de 230 nm, 260 nm, y 280 nm, de tal modo que resulta en una relacion de absorcion de 260nm/280nm de aproximadamente 1,998 y en una relacion de absorcion de 260nm/230nm de aproximadamente 1,359, comprende moléculas de nucleotidos que resultan de un ARN vegetal y péptidos que resultan de una mezcla de caseína, peptona vacuna y albumina de suero bovino, donde dichas moléculas tienen pesos moleculares con distribucion no uniforme. La composicion es util en el tratamiento de infecciones virales y en la estimulacion del sistema inmunologico. Un método para preparar una composicion comprende los pasos de; a) formar una mezcla que incluye una combinacion de proteínas que consiste en caseína, peptona vacuna y albumina de suero bovino; un ARN vegetal; y una base en agua, donde la relacion en peso de dicha combinacion de proteínas a dicho agua está en el rango de aproximadamente 1,5:100 a aproximadamente 2,5:100 por peso; b) procesar dicha mezcla a una temperatura elevada y a una presion elevada para formar una solucion y elementos insolubles; c) remover dichos elementos insolubles; d) diluir dicha solucion con agua; y e) luego de realizar los pasos b, c, y d, ajustar el pH de dicha solucion a un valor de pH aceptable desde el punto de vista fisiologico.
